Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Voice Banking Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be critical to their satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information, as well as recommendations and solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions
  • Empathy and Compassion: A genuine interest in helping others, with a strong ability to empathize and understand customers' needs and concerns
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools and systems
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent certification, with a strong focus on customer service and communication

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Financial Services Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and issue resolution
  • Certifications or Training: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Voice Banking Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $21 per hour
  • Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as flexible schedule options, paid time off, and wellbeing offerings

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure work-from-home experience, we require:

  • Secure Home Office Environment: A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • Reliable Private Internet Connection: A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • Private Network: A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet Service Provider: Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • ISP Download Speeds: ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home, and we're unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required blithequark Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
