Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, text, and web chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring that our customers and service providers have a seamless experience with our platform. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing timely and effective support

  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
  • Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
  • Analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Track multiple issues at the same time
  • Troubleshoot software malfunctions
  • Work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the service industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and platforms
  • Experience with troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
