Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and chat
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into various software and web-based applications
  • Supporting our internal Account Management teams with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a remote or customer-facing environment
  • Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data entry software and web-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
