Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer service contacts through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Gathering information from customers to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Speaking clearly and professionally on the phone, using proper grammar and spelling in written communications
  • Following established processes and procedures for client programs
  • Properly documenting customer interactions and contacts
  • Adhering to individual, team, and department performance goals
  • Maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor at all times
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared objectives and goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Experience with Windows-based software and internet browsing
  • Reliable and consistent work habits
  • A strong desire to help people and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to interact with others, interpret spoken and written messages, and utilize reason to resolve complex problems
  • Constant keyboarding, sitting, hearing, and talking
  • Close detail work requiring visual acuity

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience with inbound and outbound calling

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with social media platforms and online communities
