Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer service contacts through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Gathering information from customers to resolve their queries and concerns
- Speaking clearly and professionally on the phone, using proper grammar and spelling in written communications
- Following established processes and procedures for client programs
- Properly documenting customer interactions and contacts
- Adhering to individual, team, and department performance goals
- Maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor at all times

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Experience with Windows-based software and internet browsing
- Reliable and consistent work habits
- A strong desire to help people and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to interact with others, interpret spoken and written messages, and utilize reason to resolve complex problems
- Constant keyboarding, sitting, hearing, and talking
- Close detail work requiring visual acuity
