Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' communication needs by:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding our clients' expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
