Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Engage with customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver exceptional customer service

- Manage each customer case from initiation to resolution, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout their entire experience

Essential Requirements

- 3+ years experience in customer service and/or client-facing roles
