We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our award-winning customer service organization as full-time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, reside within the state of Texas, and enjoy a starting wage of $15.50 per hour.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide solutions to their problems
  • Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions to customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution
  • Operating with empathy, active listening, perseverance, compassion, and understanding to customers and team members alike
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a culture that values open-mindedness and feedback
  • Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities, as demonstrated through a written assessment
  • Ability to multitask, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • A high-speed internet connection provided by blithequark, with everything else (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam) provided by us
