Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and, on rare occasions, outbound calls from clients seeking price quotes, reservation bookings, or confirmation details
- Utilizing software provided by blithequark to take down customer information and manage reservations
- Communicating effectively with clients via phone and WhatsApp to resolve queries and concerns
- Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
- Logging in and out of shifts, as well as communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions
- Reaching out to the next agent before your shift ends to ensure they are prepared to start their shift
- Communicating ahead of time if you are unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using software applications, including those provided by blithequark
