Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and, on rare occasions, outbound calls from clients seeking price quotes, reservation bookings, or confirmation details
  • Utilizing software provided by blithequark to take down customer information and manage reservations
  • Communicating effectively with clients via phone and WhatsApp to resolve queries and concerns
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
  • Logging in and out of shifts, as well as communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions
  • Reaching out to the next agent before your shift ends to ensure they are prepared to start their shift
  • Communicating ahead of time if you are unable to cover a particular day or shift due to unforeseen circumstances

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including those provided by blithequark
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve queries and concerns
  • A professional and courteous demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A reliable smartphone and laptop/computer, with quick navigation skills to input customer information

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you can expect:

  • Competitive pay rates, including $4.50 per incoming call and $2.50 per reservation made (with overnight shift rates of $8.00 per call)
