Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation, including reports, correspondence, and presentations, that meet our high standards.
  • Performing data verification and quality checks to ensure the integrity of our records.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies, to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing information to clients and staff as needed, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Supporting other departments with data-related tasks and administrative functions, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to company policies, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and databases to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative assistant roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using databases.
