Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy, providing support and guidance as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
