Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers who share your passion for customer service. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of hitting sales targets, and a knack for managing objections, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs

  • Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, provide support, and drive team success
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed and empathetic service

What We Offer

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

  • Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shifts, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
  • Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
  • Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
