Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts, including updating information and resolving billing issues
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing projects and updates
  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
