Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates. - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions. - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels.
Qualifications
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology. - High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred, but not required. - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. - Spanish Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
