Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients and members

  • Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our benefits and services to provide informed responses to client inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including clients, members, and colleagues
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a union label or benefits company environment

  • Familiarity with benefits and insurance products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
