  • Shift Differential: Enjoy a $1.50 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6PM-6AM, and a $1.00 per hour weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday shifts between 6am-6pm.

What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently Managing High-Volume Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Listening Actively and Providing Clear Information: Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.
  • Accessing Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
  • Assisting with Transactions and Account Statuses: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, using your technical skills to navigate multiple screens and applications.
  • Communicating Effectively: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintaining In-Depth Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Supporting Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.

We're seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our three-to-six-week paid training period. Our ideal candidate will possess:

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at Least 18 Years Old: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Have 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch.
  • Complete a Background Check: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • Comply with Camera Requirements: Comply with camera requirements for meetings and training.
  • Have a Verified Internet Connection: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
  • Have a Dedicated Work Area: Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Have Working Knowledge of Computers: Have working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1+ Years of Call Center Experience: 1+ years of previous call center experience.
