Job Description

As an Experienced Security Officer – Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, security breaches, and other relevant information
• Perform data entry tasks, including logging incidents, tracking security breaches, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a seamless and effective security response

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior data entry experience

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to climb in and out of truck beds and cabs
• Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
