Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Notating account information, working with in-house departments to resolve issues, and reviewing accounts regarding contracts and reports
  • Matching clients with new services, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and driving business results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills using Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to type 30 wpm or greater
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Customer service, administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary, or data entry clerk
  • Financial industry experience, including knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience with CRM software, customer service tools, and other relevant technologies
