Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, typing, and document management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, filing, and reporting

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
