The Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers while navigating complex healthcare-related inquiries. Your role will involve:

  • Handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them
  • Providing support with updating personal information on accounts, completing orders, and addressing other customer concerns
  • Working collaboratively with our team to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Utilizing your technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency, with experience working with multiple systems
  • Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week
  • A competitive salary, starting at $13/hr in training, with pay rates varying by program fit

Working from Home

To work virtually from your home, you'll need:

  • A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (no Mac, Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone)
  • High-speed internet, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
  • Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable)
  • 2 dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger
  • A VoIP USB headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
  • A dedicated workspace in your home, free of background noise and distractions
