About the Role

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. You will be the front face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their problems

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product information, pricing, and ordering details to customers
  • Assist customers with shipping and delivery issues, including tracking and resolving problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert-level support

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

  • Fluency in English (speech and writing)
  • Fast and confident typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the e-commerce industry

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets (a plus!)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
