Your Role

As a valued member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting company sales goals by promoting our services, selling our products, and generating prospects for the branch
• Customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals
• Applying all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client grievances, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve branch goals and objectives

General Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or financial services
• Experience in sales and collections preferred
• Service-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
• Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer (typing speed 40 wpm minimum)
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and development
• Open to receiving constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business
• High School diploma or College preferred
