Job Overview

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Opportunity, you will work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
• Utilize online platforms and tools developed by blithequark to efficiently manage data entry tasks

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
