Key Responsibilities:

* Provide live chat customer support to clients through our website and social media channels

  • Offer account recovery assistance and provide solutions to customers facing difficulties
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week
