Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Care Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth
- Encouraging a culture that prioritizes delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligning with blithequark's mission
- Developing a positive team culture by addressing individual and wellbeing issues promptly
- Implementing adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures among all team members
- Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
- Maintaining office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members comply with blithequark's dress code and training regulations
- Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training abilities
- Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships as a well-respected, trusted partner
- Excellent time management and composed and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
- Valid driver's license required
