Position Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers facing difficulties on our platform. You will utilize your exceptional soft skills, such as empathy, patience, and proactivity, to contribute to a positive customer experience and play a key role in our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the preferred entry point for customers facing difficulties on the platform and helping them solve their pain and resolve their issues
  • Collaborating with the Operations team, Product team, and the rest of the Customer Success team to provide the best possible answer in the fastest way
  • Identifying repetitive bottlenecks that customers encounter to solve them in the most effective manner
  • Being the voice of the customer and providing internal feedback on how blithequark can better serve them
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolution
  • Staying up-to-date on product development and latest releases
  • Contributing to the development of a rich knowledge base
  • Bringing in new ideas to delight our customers

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who:

  • Thrives on delivering exceptional service and is dedicated to ensuring our customers feel heard and valued
  • Excels at identifying and resolving customer issues promptly, with a commitment to resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Is curious and a quick learner, with the ability to absorb a quantity of new information
  • Has strong empathy skills, a real desire to help customers, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Loves talking to people, feels comfortable approaching them with a problem-solving mindset, and is thorough in their approach
  • Is organized with excellent coordination skills and a pro at efficiently multitasking and solving issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup or fintech environment
  • Is able to work UAE hours (9am - 6pm) following the UAE calendar (Monday - Friday, public holidays, etc.)
