Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • CRM Strategy Development: Own the CRM strategy for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, determining channels and send cadence. Create the strategy and framework for the rapid testing in CRM channels.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns. Manage creative briefs end to end, from requesting campaigns assets needed to reviewing copy and design to launching campaigns.
  • Data Management: Pull lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms. Responsible for tracking initiatives, reporting progress out to team proactively and identifying next steps from campaign learnings, as well as understanding campaign performance against current benchmarks.
  • Optimization and Analysis: Optimize engagement metrics through A/B testing and/or applying CRM team insights, and investigate performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams.
  • Best Practices: Stay current on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within Cx Retention team sharing learnings and insights regularly.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years

of experience in CRM strategy development and execution, with a focus on customer engagement and loyalty.

Proven track record

of driving business growth through effective CRM strategies.

Strong analytical skills

, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Excellent communication skills

, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with CRM tools

, including email, push, and in-app campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

Master's degree

in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with Snowflake

Certification in CRM
