Scrum Master and Digital.ai Agility Administrator

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator with experience with Digital.ai Agility, Jira, or other Agile work management tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience integrating these work management applications with other enterprise applications, and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including certification in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Scrum. Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Configuration
  • Manage, configure, and maintain Digital.ai Agility environments to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Customize workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports.
  • Implement and manage plugins and integrations with other tools and systems.
  • Onboard and offboard users.
  • Integration
  • Lead integrations between Digital.ai Agility and Jira, and other enterprise applications such as CI/CD tools, CRM platforms. All integration work will be with other technical subject matter experts including Digital.ai Agility and the applications being integrated with.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts and automations to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Agile Support
  • Support Agile teams in the adoption and usage of Digital.ai Agility, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to align tool configurations with Agile best practices.
  • SAFe and Scrum Implementation
  • Utilize your knowledge of SAFe and Scrum to configure and optimize the tools for large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Provide guidance and support for PI planning, sprint planning, and other SAFe and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates of Digital.ai Agility.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • * Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into team performance and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years leading financial operations or accounting-related process improvement projects in federal, shared services, or similarly complex environments.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an administrator for Digital.ai Agility, Jira, Agile Central, or other Agile work management applications.
  • Proven experience integrating work management applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) – any SAFe certification.
  • Certification in Scrum – Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Groovy).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with other work management tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices.
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborative team culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or other relevant discipline.
  • 3 additional years of relevant experience may be substituded for education (13 years total).

Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI).
