Job Summary

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to drive success. You will be responsible for generating monthly and daily inventory reports, assisting the back office and sales team with inventory and production-related inquiries, and supporting the CFO and Controller with reporting requests and month-end closures. You will also be involved in various data review and consolidation activities, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate monthly and daily inventory reports

  • Assist the back office and sales team with inventory and production-related inquiries
  • Assist the CFO with reporting requests
  • Assist the Controller with month-end closures
  • Various data review and consolidation activities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Essential Qualifications

* Educational background in accounting is a plus

  • 1 year of related experience
  • Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate level (vlookup, pivot is a must)
  • Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy
  • Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
