The Role

As a Remote Inbound Travel Representative, Sales & Customer Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the subject matter expert on customer service and travel accommodations, providing personalized recommendations and booking services for our customers' dream vacations. Your expertise will include:

  • Booking car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and activities
  • Providing recommendations based on customers' interests and preferences
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building rapport with customers quickly and offering additional services to meet their travel needs
  • Demonstrating intermediate-level proficiency with travel software programs and systems, such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of customer service and sales experience
  • Six months of travel experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and offer additional services to meet their travel needs
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with travel software programs and systems
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday (after training)
