Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, or chat

  • Process orders, respond to customer feedback, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and salesforce.com

  • Knowledge of industry trends, products, and services
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
