Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll be the face of our brand, representing blithequark's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, effectively, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs.

  • Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management, as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer service to continuously improve support experiences.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with blithequark's customer service standards.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and response times.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or similar environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
