What You'll Do:

As a Customer Care Representative with blithequark, you'll be the voice of our organization and the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and/or e-mails with empathy and professionalism
  • Resolving issues, answering questions, and providing proactive solutions
  • Documenting interactions and following up as needed
  • Participating in special projects and adapting to evolving priorities
  • Delivering a WOW experience on every call – our customers should hear your smile!

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are the minimum requirements and preferred qualifications we're looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

  • Customer service experience (call center, insurance, or banking preferred)
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask using technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up)
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office setup

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Prior remote work experience

Work Environment:

As a remote Customer Care Representative with blithequark, you'll enjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Here are the details:

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week: Enjoy a regular schedule with opportunities to work flexible hours.
  • Shifts may vary and include weekends and holidays: Be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be available to work as late as 9 PM EST: Be flexible and available to work late shifts as needed.
  • Periodic shift bids determine schedules based on business needs: Enjoy a dynamic schedule that adapts to the needs of our business.

Pay Range:

$14.69 - $27.12
