About the Role: Customer Service Expert – Remote within APAC Region, Contract

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and tailored support.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve seamless execution.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights to drive business growth.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and expand our client base.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, providing empathetic and effective support to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide assistance across a variety of administrative and operational tasks, such as data entry, updating internal systems, or managing schedules, to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in a related field such as hospitality, client success, or sales, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and industries.
• Ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines with ease.
• Empathetic understanding of client needs and the ability to address them effectively, providing tailored support and solutions that meet their unique requirements.
