About the Role: Customer Service Expert – Remote within APAC Region, Contract

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in a related field such as hospitality, client success, or sales, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and industries.
