The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information, as well as troubleshooting assistance
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and at least one other language)
  • Experience with social media and online communities
