Program Overview and Objectives

The Customer Asset Management (CAM) Operations Development Program at blithequark is a comprehensive and immersive rotational program designed to equip participants with in-depth professional and analytical experience, as well as leadership and collaborative skills. Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a participant in the CAM Operations Development Program, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing a series of job rotations over a set time frame in multiple disciplines to gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles and their applications at blithequark
  • Managing pipeline of loans, ensuring operational processes are completed timely and accurately
  • Performing reviews of loans to confirm a quality level within blithequark's risk appetite
  • Working in customer contact or back-office roles, depending on your preference and skill set
  • Developing and producing routine departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project analyses, historical reporting, and financial analyses
  • Completing data review, research, and/or reconciliation tasks as assigned
  • Participating in program activities and contributing to the development of the CAM Operations Development Program
  • Understanding and adhering to blithequark's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with our risk appetite
  • Identifying risk-related issues that require escalation to management

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for the CAM Operations Development Program, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Up to 1 year of work experience, with a strong preference for relevant internships or co-op experiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively
