About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and their families, assisting them in locating valuable resources and referrals within their community. This is a hybrid or remote role, depending on your proximity to our Ealing, London office, offering a unique blend of flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing the needs of employees through targeted questioning to understand their requirements and provide personalized support
  • Gathering personal information and details about the individual requiring care, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Providing clear explanations of the issues and needs, and delivering high-quality customer service through written and verbal interactions with our clients and providers
  • Conducting research using our internal database, websites, and local organizations to find referrals that meet the client's needs, and obtaining desired geographic locations for referral searches and any personalized criteria
  • Performing quality assurance callbacks to our clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring high-quality work in all aspects of the position, including accurate data entries with proper spelling and grammar, and maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing friendly, enthusiastic, and empathetic support to our clients and their families
  • Proficient conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems, with a strong focus on technology and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or wellbeing setting
  • Knowledge of wellbeing services and resources, with a passion for delivering exceptional support to individuals and families
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
