Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each client - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs) - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, as well as industry-specific knowledge and expertise

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other sales-related tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment - Familiarity with industry-specific software, platforms, or tools - Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success - Strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as consultative selling or solution selling
