Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Sales Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Provide exceptional sales support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
