Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is timely, accurate, and empathetic
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience

- Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest customer experience trends and technologies
- Working closely with the customer experience team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
