Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including development and product management, to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Working closely with the support team to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient issue resolution
  • Analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to support processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as JIRA and Git
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Certification in technical support, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
