The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to our internal teams and collaborating with them to resolve the issue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and empathetic support to resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and collaborate with them to resolve the issue
• Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote customer service environment

• Knowledge of blithequark products and services
• Experience with customer service software and tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages
