As a CRM Remote Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Your goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that resolve customers' issues and exceed their expectations.

Contract Length and Rate
As a temporary live chat support representative, you'll have the flexibility to work on a contract basis. Our contract length is flexible, with no fixed term, and you'll be paid $35 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate while working from the comfort of your own space.
