Position Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to users of blithequark's services. You will work independently, using internal templates and workflows to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on account access, billing questions, subscription changes, and navigation. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, each with their unique needs and challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

* Respond to customer support requests via live chat and email, using saved replies and internal tools for fast and accurate communication

  • Help users reset passwords, manage subscriptions, and apply discounts, using internal templates and workflows for accuracy and speed
  • Escalate complex technical or billing cases to the right team, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support
  • Maintain clean ticket documentation and case tags, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide professional, friendly, and helpful communication at all times, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported

Minimum Requirements

* Laptop or desktop computer with Chrome browser

  • Reliable internet connection (10 Mbps+)
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • Strong written English and focus during solo work
  • Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and work independently

Pay & Schedule Details

* Starting pay: $25/hour

  • Raises to $30–$35/hour possible after 30 positively reviewed shifts
  • Schedule your availability weekly, with morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts available
  • Minimum 15 hours/week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week

Training & Onboarding Timeline

* 2-hour training covering internal systems and workflows

  • Simulated support scenarios for practice, ensuring that you are comfortable and confident in your role
  • First live shift includes QA coaching, providing you with feedback and support as you begin working with customers
  • Paid work begins within 3–5 days of completing onboarding, allowing you to start earning a steady income from the start

Sample Shift Experience

During a Monday 9 AM–3 PM shift, you help one customer update their payment info, assist another with canceling a subscription, and walk a third through login recovery – all with templated chat replies and no phone calls.
