Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued members. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Keeping members and experts informed about the progress of their requests and following up as needed
  • Monitoring the company platform to ensure a safe and positive user experience, identifying and addressing any fraudulent or harmful content
  • Escalating complex issues to management when necessary for prompt resolution
  • Assisting with quality assurance (QA) testing of the Ritual app to maintain high standards of service
  • Collaborating with other departments to find solutions for challenging customer situations
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
  • Accurately recording customer interactions by categorizing and tagging emails for efficient tracking
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold service excellence
  • Being willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to ensure timely and effective support for our valued members

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of proven customer service experience
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and communication platforms (Front, Slack), and quick to learn new technologies
  • Must possess the necessary equipment and ample storage capacity to download company apps/platforms
