What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs. You'll also be expected to stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, securely work with customers' sensitive information, and apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices. Additionally, you'll maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services, communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers

- Securely work with customers' sensitive information

- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services

What You Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Native Polish and English B2 communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Nice to Have:
While not required, experience with CRM systems and experience in crypto/finance would be a great plus in this role.
