Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and cashing out purchases with a smile
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to meet our high standards
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Thinking creatively to solve problems and improve processes

You Are Good At

* Selling products to customers with confidence and enthusiasm

  • Providing excellent customer care, listening actively, and responding promptly
  • Communicating effectively and engaging in friendly conversations
  • Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun
  • Working as part of a team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Coming up with innovative ideas to solve problems and improve processes
  • Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to enhance the customer experience

Great If You Have

* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of success
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
  • A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and have fun in a dynamic work environment

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge

  • Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bending at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
