Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative I, you will serve as a trusted advisor and educator, guiding our members and providers through healthcare-related inquiries and concerns. You will be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Proactively resolve member and provider questions and concerns using computer-based resources to find answers

  • Guide members and providers with their healthcare needs by explaining benefits, solving claim concerns, and helping find a doctor via telephone calls, online chats, or emails
  • Partner internally to create a seamless experience for our customers and resolve potential issues
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with members and providers
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in an automated customer service environment
  • Ability to work from home with hard-wired internet access and a quiet and private workspace
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
