Customer Experience Representative – Blithequark Store

As a Customer Experience Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely support via inbound and outbound phone calls, case management, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch phone, email, and chat support for customer-facing web and client-server applications
• Adhering to established quality standards to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with development, quality assurance, business units, and sales groups to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Monitoring the ticket queue for open service requests and making required callbacks to assigned customer tickets
• Documenting and resolving cases in our ticketing system, ensuring seamless customer experiences
• Escalating cases as necessary for further assistance from our Development team
• Following up with customers to provide resolution to their situations and ensuring their needs are met

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment within established policies and guidelines
• Previous experience supporting Windows operating systems is required, while experience supporting Mac operating systems and mobile platforms like iOS and Chrome OS is a plus
• Strong PC and key entry experience, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a remote setting with minimal distractions
• A designated work area with limited noise and distractions is a must
