Job Description
As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the digital face of our leading online access equipment retailer. You'll engage with customers through a cutting-edge chat platform, providing expert guidance on product selection and resolving queries. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle email tickets using the company's ticketing system
- Maintain exceptional written communication standards in English
- Escalate complex queries to the in-house team when necessary
- Adapt to seasonal fluctuations in demand, particularly during busy summer periods
Requirements:
* Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail
- 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
