Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service skills. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and close sales through phenomenal communication skills. Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the blithequark network.
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
While experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are not required, they are highly desirable.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $43,000-$56,000, which includes both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Over 4 weeks of paid leave (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and personal days).

Sign-on Bonus

Applicants from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, which will be paid out in two equal parts. The first installment at the one-month point and the second 50% allocation will follow after nine months of working with the organization.
